采用机械合金化方法合成了4种不同工艺制备的Mg+10%ZrNiV复合储氢材料.研究表明,先球磨制备非晶Zr25Ni37.5V37.5,然后再与Mg粉球磨复合的工艺最好.材料能够获得更多的活性比表面,复合程度最好,表现出较好的低温吸氢性能,室温吸氢1.02wt%,200℃吸氢量达到3.82wt%.利用气相色谱分析放氢过程表明,在200℃时,Mg与ZrNiV的协同吸氢效应最好.
