对Fe-16Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni和Fe-16Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni-0.5Al形状记忆合金进行室温压缩预变形5%~7%-800℃退火15min,循环4次的压缩训练,结果发现压缩训练的方法可以有效提高合金形状回复率,样品均在第二次训练的时候达到最大形状回复率.TEM研究发现训练前母相中层错分布均匀,多次训练后层错密度大大增加,出现大量位错缠结.
