对780 MPa级别的商用TRIP钢的烘烤硬化性能进行了探讨.根据TRIP钢原始供货态、2%预变形和2%预变形+烘烤后的拉伸性能,该钢BH值约为48 MPa.测试了其对应的内耗-温度谱,分析获得了三种状态的真实内耗峰值.在此基础上,对TRIP钢烘烤硬化性能产生的机制进行了讨论,认为铁素体中的固溶碳(氮)间隙原子对位错的钉扎是TRIP钢产生烘烤硬化的重要原因之一.
