研究了Nb合金化及1 473 K × 8 h热处理对Ti1-yV0.9-xCr1.3NbxZry(0≤x≤0.6,0≤y≤0.2)贮氢合金滞后性能的影响.研究结果表明:Nb合金化使Ti-V-Cr系合金的滞后系数减小,热处理使滞后系数增大.随着Nb含量x的增加,合金的滞后系数H,呈减小趋势,并在x=0.3时取得最小值Hf=1.20;合金经1 473 K×8 h热处理,滞后系数Hf从1.20增大到1.75.Nb的合金化使合金吸氢前后弹性应变、体积膨胀率减小,滞后系数减小;热处理使合金在吸放氢过程中弹性应变、体积膨胀率增大,滞后系数增大.
