采用Gleeble-3500单道次热压缩试验研究了X120管线钢的动态再结晶行为.结果表明:该钢在温度1050-1150℃和应变速率0.01~0.1 s(-1)下变形时容易发生动态再结晶;当应变速率为1~10 8s(-1)时,动态再结晶难于发生.该钢热变形时的Z(Zener-Hollomon)参数方程为Z=(ε)exp[498.288×10(3)/(8.31T)];动态再结晶发生的临界应变量ε(c)和Z参数的关系为ε(c)=0.034445 lnZ-1.2001883;动态再结晶变形激活能Qd=498.288 kJ/mol.试验结果为该钢轧制工艺的制定提供了依据.
