以4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为扩链剂、钛酸异丙酯(TIPT)为改性剂,通过双端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS-OH)与三甲氧基硼氧六环(TMOB)的沉淀聚合制备冲击防护微凝胶.通过红外光谱、透射电镜对微凝胶进行表征.同时研究以微凝胶整理的3D织物抗冲击性能为主要性能指标,采用正交法优化实验设计,确定单体投料最佳比例为m(Si)/m(B)=15∶1,m (MDI) =2.00%,m (TIPT)=4.20%.研究结果表明,相对于文献报道的涨流型硅硼共聚体系,MDI的引入可通过提高聚合物分子量,显著改善整理后复合织物的抗冲击性能.同时微凝胶粒子的产生一方面降低合成及干燥温度,减少能耗;另一方面也可以大幅降低产物运动粘度,改善材料加工与应用性能.
