Al2O3填充环氧树脂,并用偶联剂KH560对Al2O3进行表面改性,通过溶液混合法制备不同添加量的Al2O3/环氧树脂复合材料.通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜和Aglient 4294A阻抗分析仪对Al2O3/环氧树脂复合材料的微观结构和介电性能进行测试,结果表明表面改性的Al2O3在环氧树脂基体中具有更好的分散性,同时表面改性的Al2O3制备的复合材料的介电常数增加,介电损耗降低.采用静电场仿真软件模拟爆电电源中三相点附近电场分布,结果表明随着介电常数增加,三相点电场强度具有降低的趋势.
