热障涂层(TBCs)具有良好的隔热效果和抗高温氧化性能,是航空发动机和燃气轮机高温部件的关键材料。隔热性能是热障涂层研究的关键点,从热障涂层的材料、制备工艺、涂层组织结构方面综述了其隔热性能的研究现状和最新进展,展望了热障涂层的发展方向。
Thermal barrier coatings (TBCs)was one of the important materials of turbines for propulsion and power generation with excellent thermal insulation properties and high-temperature oxidation resistance.The e-valuation of thermal insulation performance of thermal barrier coatings has been an important indicator of good or bad performance.In this paper,research status and the latest progress about heat insulation performance were reviewed from the points of ceramic materials,preparing technology,microstructure of TBCs.Finally,the di-rection of research and development tendency of TBCs was presented.
