采用自蔓延法制备了 Ni-Co-Zr 离子共掺BaFe12 O19的前驱体,并研究了不同掺杂量对样品微结构和磁性能的影响.通过 XRD、SEM、VSM和 VNA等对样品进行性能表征,发现 BaFe10 Ni0.5 Co0.5-Zr1.0 O19在1100℃保温4 h,矫顽力Hc 仅7.4×103 A/m,饱和磁化强度Ms 为28.6 A · m2/kg;BaFe10.4-Ni0.4 Co0.4Zr0.8O19在1100℃保温4 h后,矫顽力Hc 为4.62×104 A/m,饱和磁化强度Ms 却有50.2 A·m2/kg.离子掺杂对M型钡铁氧体的复介电常数有一定影响;随着掺杂增加复磁导率μ′先增加后降低,减小了材料的应用频率范围.同时 Ni-Co-Zr 离子掺杂使得产物颗粒粉体晶粒细化,活性增加.
Ni-Co-Zr substituted BaM ferrite particles were prepared by the sol-gel method,the influence of sub-stitution on microstructure and magnetic properties were studied.Phase structure and microscope image of sam-ple were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy,its static magnetic properties was studied by a Vibrating sample magnetometer.Complex permeability and permittivity were measured using a vector network analyzer (Agilent E5071C)in the frequency range of 0.1-14 GHz.Furthermore,coercivity of BaFe10Ni0.5Co0.5Zr1.0 O19 was only 7.4×103 A/m and saturation magnetization was 28.6 A·m2/kg after heat treatment at 1 100 ℃ with 4 h,and coercivity of BaFe10.4 Ni0.4 Co0.4 Zr0.8 O19 was 4.62×104 A/m,the saturation magnetization was 50.2 A·m2/kg.The dielectric properties of the doping BaM have certain influence at the fre-quency range.With increasing Ni-Co-Zr substitutions,μ′will be increased after a decrease that reduced the ma-terial application scope.Meanwhile,Ni-Co-Zr ion doping makes grain of product refinement,activity increase.
