采用铜模吸(或喷)铸制备 Re2 Fe14 B/Fe3 B型纳米复合块状永磁体是一种短流程、近净成型的新方法。对该技术方法的研究涉及两种工艺途径:(1)首先利用铜模吸(或喷)铸方法制备出完全非晶块体,随后通过晶化热处理得到纳米晶块体;(2)利用铜模吸(或喷)铸方法直接制备纳米晶块体。在铜模吸(或喷)铸工艺所提供的亚快速冷却条件下,人们一直致力于通过调整合金成分来改善 Re2 Fe14 B/Fe3 B型合金的玻璃形成能力(glass-forming ability,GFA)、微观结构和磁性能。对近期这方面的研究进行了综述。
Preparing Re2 Fe14 B/Fe3 B type nanocomposite bulk magnets by copper mold suction (or inj ection) casting was a new kind of technology with the distinguishing features of short-cut process and near-net-shape molding.The studies for this technology involve two kinds of process approaches.One was that preparing the completely amorphous bulk alloys by copper mold suction (or inj ection)casting at first,then obtaining nano-crystalline bulk magnets by annealing the amorphous precursors.The other was that preparing nanocomposte bulk magnets directly by copper mold suction (or inj ection)casting.Under the condition of sub-rapid solidifica-tion provided by copper mold suction (or inj ection)cast,researchers have been working on improving the glass-formation ability,the microstructure and the magnetic properties of Re2 Fe14 B/Fe3 B type alloy by adj usting the alloy composition.In this paper,the recent studies in this field are reviewed.
