利用溶剂热法制备了单分散 Fe3 O 4纳米粒子,以钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶与溶剂热两步法制备了3种不同形貌的磁性核壳材料Fe3 O 4@ TiO 2.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)及振动样品磁强计(VSM)对材料的形貌、结构、磁学性能等进行了分析表征.结果表明,TiO 2在 Fe3 O 4颗粒表面形成很好的包覆层,产物结晶度高、形态规则、磁性能优良,为其在环境净化、生物医学、能源转换与存储等领域的潜在应用提供了有利条件.此外,还对 TiO 2壳层的包覆机理做了初步的研究.
Core-shell magnetic Fe3O4@TiO2 nanomaterials with different morphologies have been obtained by combining the sol-gel method and solvothermal method.The monodisperse Fe3 O 4 core was synthesized by sol-vothermal reaction,and the TiO 2 shell was derived using solvothermal reaction and sol-gel method with tetra-butyl titanate as the precursor.The morphology,structure and magnetic properties of Fe3 O 4 @TiO 2 nanomate-rials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).The re-sults showed that Fe3 O 4 nanoparticles were coated by TiO 2 ,and Fe3 O 4 @TiO 2 exhibited high degree of crystal-linity,regular crystalline morphologies and excellent magnetism.These integrated features would make the Fe3 O 4 @TiO 2 materials have attractive applications in areas of environmental purification,biomedical field,en-ergy conversion and storage.In addition,the formation mechanism of TiO 2 shell was also proposed.
