利用铜模吸铸法制备(Zr0.72 Cu0.28)100-x Alx (x=0,2,4,6,8,10,12和14)合金棒状试样,研究了合金的非晶形成能力和析出相与力学性能之间的关系。结果表明,随着Al含量增加,非晶形成能力提高;析出相体积分数和尺寸减小,分布更加均匀;综合力学性能逐渐提高,x=12时抗压强度和塑性应变均达到最高值,分别为1773 MPa和7.45%。

(Zr0.72Cu0.28)100-xAlx(x=0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14)alloy rods were prepared with the ingot by copper mold with suction casting method.The glass forming ability,and the relation of the second phase and compres-sive mechanical property were investigated.The results show that,the glass forming ability of alloy increases with the increasing of Al content;volume fraction and grain size of precipitated phase decreases,simultaneously more uniform distribution;the mechanical properties has improved,the maximum compressive strength (σbc ) and plastic strain (εP)are1 773 MPa and 7.45% when x=12.
