以大孔丙烯酸系弱酸树脂 DK110为大分子骨架,通过与5-氯甲基-8-羟基喹啉的接枝反应,合成了带8-羟基喹啉螯合功能基的改性树脂 HQDK110.探讨了 HQDK110树脂对 Cu2+在不同温度、不同 pH值、不同浓度等条件下的静态吸附性能、动态吸附性能及脱附性能.结果表明,HQDK110树脂对 Cu2+具有良好的吸附作用,实验条件下,25℃时 HQDK110树脂对Cu2+的吸附量达2.278 mmol/g.HQDK110树脂对Cu2+的动力学吸附很好地符合了拟二级动力学模型,吸附过程符合 Langmuir 吸附等温式.树脂对Cu2+的去除率在较宽的浓度范围内达到98%以上,吸附Cu2+后的树脂在0.1 mol/L 的盐酸溶液中的脱附率达96.88%.树脂有良好的重复使用性能.

A novel 8-hydroxyquinoline modified DK110 resin(HQDK110)was synthesized by using weak-acidic macroporous acrylic acid resin DK110 as macromolecular skeleton through graft modification of 5-chloromethyl 8-hydroxyquinoline on it.The static,dynamic adsorption and desorption properties of Cu2+ on the HQDK110 resin were researched respectively under different temperature,pH value and metal ion concentration.The re-sults showed that the resin had good adsorption effect to Cu2+,and adsorption capacity was 2.278 mmol/g un-der experimental conditions when the temperature was 25 ℃.Adsorption process was better described by the pseudo second-order kinetics equation and Langmuir adsorption isotherm.The removal efficiency of Cu2+ was found to be more than 98% in wide concentration range and desorption efficiency was to 96.88% in 0.1 mol/L HCl solution.The resin had good reusability.
