光纤(布喇格)光栅是一种重要的光纤光学器件,在光纤通信、传感等领域被大量应用。在现阶段,光纤光栅几乎全部是在光纤静止的状态制备,再将光栅焊接组成光纤光栅阵列或网络。这种制备光栅并焊接形成光纤光栅网络的方式,效率低、光栅抗拉强度低,不能满足物联网建设的需求。解决这个问题的途径是发展拉丝塔上在线制备光栅技术。介绍了光纤光栅制备技术的发展历史以及在光纤拉丝塔上在线制备光栅的研究现状。采用相位掩模法在拉丝塔上在线连续制备光栅,可以制备光栅中心波长一致性、反射率一致性和光栅谱型一致性均较好的弱光栅阵列,可以用于研制基于全同弱光栅的光纤光栅传感网。

Optical fiber Bragg grating (FBG)is a kind of important optical device widely used in optical commu-nication and sensing.At present,almost all the FBGs are produced when the optical fibers are in a stationary state,then spliced to form a FBG array or network.Because of the low preparation efficiency and the low ten-sile strength of the FBGs,it can not meet the requirements for constraction of sensor networks.The way to solve this problem was the development of FBG online preparation technology on a fiber drawing tower.In this review,the development history of FBG preparation technology and the research status of FBG online prepara-tion technology were introduced.Identical weak FBG arrays could be prepared on a fiber drawing tower by using the phase mask technique,and the identical weak FBGs are of good central wavelength consistency,good reflectivity consistency and minor spectral distortion,which was very promising to be applied to constract sen-sor networks.
