采用自蔓延-热处理工艺制备层状正极材料LiCoO2,研究热处理温度和热处理时间及 Li/Co 摩尔比对合成产物中 LiCoO2的纯度、晶体结构及微观形貌的影响。利用 X 射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析合成产物的相组成及其微观形貌,实验结果表明,制备 Li-CoO2的最佳工艺条件为n(Li)/n(Co)=1.03∶1、n(NH4NO3)/n(Co)=4∶3、n(C6H12N4)/n(Co)=4∶3、热处理温度800℃、热处理时间1.5 h,所得产物中LiCoO2相纯度高达99.25%,且晶体具有较好的层状结构。
In this paper,layered cathode material LiCoO2 were synthesized by self-propagating high temperature synthesis and heat-treatment technology.X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy (SEM)were used to investigate the effects of annealing temperature,annealing time and the mole ratio of Li to Co on purity, crystal structure and microstructure of LiCoO2 .The results show the optimum condition as followmolar ratio of Li to Co was 1.03∶1,molar ratio of NH4NO3 to Co was 4∶3,molar ratio of C6 H12N4 to Co was 4∶3,annea-ling temperature was 800 ℃ and annealing time was 1.5 h.Under the optimum condition,the percentage of Li-CoO2 phase in the products was as high as 99.25%,and the crystal has good layer structure.
