研究了切气隙后 Fe78 Si9 B13磁芯在大直流磁场条件下的磁性能及其相关影响因素,并引入了“气隙比”概念,得到不同气隙比 Fe78 Si9 B13磁芯的等效磁导率随外加直流磁场变化曲线。研究结果表明,气隙比是影响磁芯在直流磁场条件下等效磁导率和Hj 值的关键因素;在相同气隙比情况下,热处理工艺和磁芯结构对Fe78 Si9 B13磁芯在大磁场条件下的等效磁导率和Hj 值也有一定的影响,但影响程度与气隙比相关。当气隙比分别为1%,3%和5%,Fe78 Si9 B13磁芯的等效磁导率和Hj 值参考值分别为155,6500、87,8500、65和10500 A/m。研究结果对滤波电感磁芯设计有很大的参考价值。

The magnetic property of Fe78 Si9 B13 with air gap and the influence factors of that under the condition are mainly studied.And the concept of air void ratio was introduced.Besides,though testing,we get the curves that the equivalent permeability of Fe78 Si9 B13 cores with different air void ratios changing with DC magnetic field.The results show that air void ratio was the key factor of the equivalent magnetic permeability and Hj of Fe78 Si9 B13 magnetic cores under the large magnetic field.Heat treatment process and structure of magnetic cores have a certain influence on the equivalent magnetic permeability and the value of Hj under the large mag-netic field with the same of air void ratio,which influence degree was associated with the ratio of air void.When the air void ratios are respectively 1%,3%,5%,the equivalent magnetic permeability and the value of Hj are respectively 155 and 6 500,87 and 8 500,65 and 10 500 A/m.
