采用格氏试剂法和氨解法,合成了一种新型耐高温聚(甲基氢-间二乙炔基苯硅烷)树脂(PMNS),利用 FT-IR 和 DSC 研究了树脂的固化行为,通过TGA考察了树脂固化物的耐热性能,并对复合材料的力学性能、断面形貌和耐水性能进行了研究.结果表明,P MN S树脂溶于大多数有机溶剂中,可在低温条件下固化,PMNS树脂固化物在氮气氛围下Td5(质量损失5%的温度)达到670℃,1000℃的质量保留率为90.7%;常温下复合材料的弯曲强度达到412 MPa,玻璃化转变温度高于400℃,具有优异的热稳定性能和耐水性能.
A novel heat-resistant resin,poly (methyl-hydrogen-dietheynylbenzene)(PMNS),was synthesized by using grignard reagent and ammonolysis method.The curing behavior of PMNS resin was investigated by DSC and FT-IR,the thermal stability of cured resin was studied by TGA.The mechanical property,fracture surface and water resistance of the composite were analyzed.The results showed PMNS can be dissolved in most organic solvents and cured at low temperature,the Td5 (5% mass loss temperature)and residue at 1 000 ℃ of the cured resin were up to 670 ℃ and 90.7% under nitrogen,respectively.The bending strength of composite reached to 412 MPa at room temperature,the composite of which glass transition temperature (Tg)was more than 400 ℃ possessed excellent thermal stability and water resistance properties.
