在柠檬酸、STAB、硫脲、乙二胺4种表面活性剂修饰下,采用水热法合成出4种形貌的 Bi2 WO6片层纳米晶,探究了 Bi2 WO6片层形貌与其光致发光性能之间的关系。结果表明,阳离子表面活性剂乙二胺和硫脲有利于形成规整排列的 Bi2 WO6片层纳米晶,其具备较大的 BET 而有利于光之发光强度的提高;而阴离子表面活性剂柠檬酸与 STAB 不易促进规整排列的Bi2 WO6片层纳米晶形貌的形成,从而抑制了光致发光性能的改善。
Four kinds of morphologies of Bi2 WO6 flaky nanocrystals were synthesized by hydrothermal with dif-ferent surfactants (citric acid,STAB,thiourea,and ethlendiamine).Futhermore,the relations between the morphologies and photoluminescence of Bi2 WO6 flaky nanocrystals were also explored.The results indicated that the cationic surfactants (thiourea and ethlendiamine)were conducive to obtain the inerratic Bi2 WO6 flaky nanocrystals,with large BET for the intensity increases in the photoluminescence.Conversely,the inerratic Bi2 WO6 flaky nanocrystals were obtained with anionic surfactants (citric acid and STAB),which restrains the intensity of photoluminescence.
