将儿茶酚(catechol)接枝到聚乙烯醇(PVA)侧基上,得到改性聚乙烯醇(m-PVA),以模拟贻贝类分泌的黏附蛋白液。通过(UV-spectra)、(FT-IR)及(H 1 NMR)证实了 m-PVA 的大分子结构,并计算出接枝率大约为10%。此外,通过热失重分析(TG)表征了 m-PVA 的热稳定性能。对于模拟贻贝类黏附凝胶的形成机理,通过 UV-spectra 研究了 m-PVA 在不同pH 值条件下对三价铁离子(Fe3+)的络合作用及所形成的黏附凝胶,以及在高碘酸钠(NaIO 4)的氧化下,通过化学交联得到的具有黏附性质的凝胶。通过本文的初步研究,最终合成出具有一定黏附性质的 m-PVA凝胶,在一定程度上对贻贝类黏附凝胶进行了仿生。
In this work,we grafted polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)with a functionality of adhesive structure,3,4-di-hydroxybenzaldehyde,to obtain a mussel-inspired modified PVA (m-PVA).Firstly,m-PVA was synthesized with PVA and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde via acetalization.The m-PVA was characterized by UV-spectra,FT-IR and H 1 NMR,which confirmed the catechol was grafted in the polymer.And the grafting ratio is about 10%. In addition,the thermal stability of m-PVA was also measured by TG analysis method.For mimic of mussel ad-hesive protein gel,UV-spectra were used to study the formation of m-PVA adhesive gel,which was obtained by coordinating with Fe3 + with different pH.UV-spectra were also used to investigate the formation of m-PVA ad-hesive gel,which formed by oxidation of NaIO 4 that can oxidize the catechol to form quinone.Through our pri-mary work,adhesive gel was synthesized successively,which mimics mussel adhesive protein gel to some extent.
