化学发光理论日趋成熟,但化学发光技术推广应用仍然受到发光效率低、选择性差、条件苛刻等缺陷的限制。纳米材料的量子尺寸效应、大比表面积、高表面能等特点,使得纳米材料具有很好的化学活性和生物相容性。纳米材料在作为催化剂、纳米反应平台、离子标记物、能量受体等方面在化学发光分析中都有大量应用。主要阐述了一些基于纳米材料参与的鲁米诺化学发光体系并结合一些现代分离技术和免疫分析技术的研究报道。

The theory of chemiluminescence(CL)has been increasingly mature,but the popularization and appli-cation of CL technology are still limited by low luminous efficiency,poor selectivity,extreme conditions.Be-cause nano materials have the features of quantum size effect,large specific surface area and high surface ener-gy,chemical activity and biocompatibility are well performed.Nano materials can be used as catalysts,nanos-ized reaction platforms,ion markers,energy acceptors in CL analysis.In this review,we report the recent pro-gress of luminol CL system with nano materials involved,combined with some modern separation and immuno-assay technology.
