依据熔体拉伸成孔机理制备聚丙烯(PP)/Al2 O 3掺杂微孔膜,采用万能电子实验机、差示扫描量热仪和扫描电子显微镜对 PP/Al2 O 3流延膜以及拉伸微孔膜结构和性能进行了测试。结果表明加入 Al2 O 3可提高 PP/Al2 O 3微孔膜的吸液率和力学性能,但添加量超过2%后 PP/Al2 O 3流延膜弹性回复率下降明显,微孔分布和排列变差,透气性能下降,孔隙率减小。
Polypropylene/Al2 O 3 compound microporous membranes were prepared based on melt-stretching mechanism.Universal tensile testing machine,DSC and SEM were employed to characterize the properties and structure of the cast films and stretched microporous membrane.Results indicated that Al2 O 3 could improve the electrolyte uptake and mechanical properties of PP/Al2 O 3 microporous membrane.But when the Al2 O 3 content was higher than 2%,the elastic recovery of precursor films declined significantly and the obtained microporous membrane showed bad microstructure,poor permeability and lower porosity.
