以椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(CDEA)和2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸(DMPA)为原料,对甲苯磺酸(p-TSA)为催化剂,采用“一锅煮”法合成了1~3代端羟基超支化聚合物.通过单因素实验优化了合成条件:反应温度160℃,反应时间4h,催化剂用量为1%(以CDEA质量计).通过FT-IR和1H NMR对产物的结构进行了表征,并测定了其表面活性.结果证明,该系列超支化聚合物具有不同的表面活性,可以根据需要,通过超支化改性的方式改变表面活性剂的表面活性.
