以前体胺基纤维(NH2-PP-ST-DVB)为原料,在三乙胺缚酸剂作用下,与氯乙酸钠反应制得一种亚胺二乙酸基螯合纤维.以此为基础,系统考察了氯乙酸钠用量、反应温度以及时间对生成亚胺二乙酸功能基的影响.采用IR、EA、TG-DTG、SEM-EDS等方法对该功能纤维的化学结构与物理性能进行了表征,并利用柱吸附工艺初步考察其对镍离子的选择吸附性能.结果表明,在反应温度90℃、时间4h,n(胺基)/n(氯乙酸钠)=1∶ 16条件下,产物IDA-PP-ST-DVB纤维中—CH2COONa含量约4.87 mmol/g,对镍离子静态最大吸附容量可达102.6 mg/g.在镍离子与钙离子共存溶液中,该纤维对镍离子具有良好的柱吸附选择性.
