前期研制了载抑制骨溶解药物阿仑膦酸钠(ALN)的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE),希望通过ALN抑制骨溶解.载阿仑膦酸钠超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE-ALN)在应用中伴随着摩擦,而摩擦对其药物释放的影响尚不清楚.采用球-盘往复滑动摩擦磨损试验仪,研究了不同摩擦工况(摩擦副材料、法向载荷和润滑液)对UHMWPE-ALN药物释放的影响及其与摩擦学性能的关系.结果表明,UHMWPE-ALN摩擦过程中ALN释放呈零级释放规律;摩擦工况中的法向载荷和摩擦副材料比润滑液对ALN释放的影响大;摩擦学性能显示ALN释放与体积磨损量呈正相关性.
