磁流变胶(MRG)是一种新型智能材料,具有磁流变效应高,不沉降等特点,而且电阻率会随外加磁场强度增加发生显著变化。论文设计了MRG磁控电阻测试装置,研究了基体的粘度、铁粉质量分数对 MRG 磁控电阻特性的影响,实验揭示了磁流变胶在不同磁场下电阻率的变化规律,并进行了初步的理论分析。为了降低MRG的零场电阻率,尝试添加少量石墨进行改性,取得明显效果。
Magnetorheological gel (MRG)is a new type of smart materials,with the advantage of high magneto-rheological effect and excellent sedimentation stability.Its resistivity dropped significantly with the increase of magnetic field intensity.In this work,several experimental devices based on MRG were prepared and the influ-ences of matrix viscosity,particle content and graphite additives on MRG resistivity are also discussed.Experi-ment reveals the variation of MRG resistivity under different magnetic field intensity and theoretical analysis is made to explain the change.In order to reduce the MRG resistivity absent of magnetic field,graphite was added in the matrix.It achieves a beneficial effect by this approach.
