目前,Ag-CuO为替代Ag-CdO触头材料之一,拟对铸造AgCu合金采用轧制工艺进行组织预处理,通过固态相变的形式来调整合金组织及其溶质元素的显微分布,并由此通过内氧化工艺以获得可控的氧化物颗粒,进而改善合金性能.

Ag-CuO contact as one of the substitutes of Ag-CdO electrical contract,the paper focus on the study of casting AgCu alloy by rolling before processing,and then reprogram the organization of casting alloys as well as the microscopic distribution of the solute elements according to the form of solid state phase,so as to obtain the controllable oxide particle via inner oxidation and improve performance of the alloy.
