以白松为模板,通过浸渍硝酸铜溶液、烧结、自组装氟硅烷制备出了具有白松结构的 Cu/C 超疏水表面.Cu/C表面很好地保留了白松模板的多孔微观形貌,并显示出优异的超疏水性能,接触角达到了158°.利用SEM、XRD、FT-IR、接触角测量仪等对Cu/C表面的微观形貌、成分、疏水性能进行了表征.
This study used white pine wood as template to prepare Cu/C surface through immersing of Cu (NO3 )2 solution,sintering,modification of Fluorine silane.Cu/C surface remained the porous microstructure of white pine well,and exhibited excellent superhydrophobic properties with a water contact angle of about 158°. The properties were investigated by SEM,XRD,and contact angle measurement instrument.
