以3~4年生毛竹为原材料,利用自主研发的中温固化酚醛树脂为胶黏剂制备重组竹.采用响应曲面优化法研究密度、热压温度和热压时间对重组竹性能的影响规律,获得优化的重组竹热压工艺.结果表明,对重组竹力学性能影响大小依次为密度>热压温度>热压时间.最佳热压工艺条件为:密度为1.03 g/cm3,热压温度为121℃,热压时间为1.13 mm/min.此时静曲强度为160.39 MPa,内结合强度为2.583 MPa,与理论静曲强度最大值163.581 MPa和内结合强度最大值2.64299 MPa接近,说明优化结果可信.
Recombinant bamboo was prepared with 3-4 years old phyllostachys pubescen as raw material and the independent research and development of mid-temperature temperature curing phenol-formaldehyde resin as ad-hesive.The effect of density,hot pressing temperature and time on the properties of recombinant bamboo was studied by response surface optimization method.The optimized process of the hot pressing process was ob-tained.The results showed that the influence on the mechanical properties of recombinant bamboo was followed by the density > hot pressing temperature > hot pressing time.The optimum hot pressing process conditions that the density was 1.03 g/cm3 ,the hot pressing temperature was 121 ℃ and the hot pressing time was 1.13 mm/min.At this moment,the static bending strength was 160.39 MPa and the internal bond strength was 2.583 MPa,close to the theory value maximum of 163.581 and 2.64299 MPa for static bending strength and in-ternal bond strength,showing the optimized result believable.
