以4-氯吡唑为原料,经过硝硫混酸硝化制得4-氯-3,5-二硝基吡唑,再以硝酸根为亲核试剂进行亲核取代反应得到一种新型的含能化合物3,5-二硝基吡唑-4-硝酸酯,并采用红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析对产物结构进行了表征.计算了爆轰性能并与常规含能化合物进行了比较.采用 TG-DSC-MS联用方法对其热分解机理进行了研究.结果表明,3,5-二硝基吡唑-4-硝酸酯的爆轰性能接近于黑索金与奥克托金而优于梯恩梯.DNPN 的热分解机理可能是,首先 O—NO2键断裂,接着硝基吡唑发生硝基自由基或者亚硝基自由基断裂,最后吡唑环开环生成N2、NO、N2 O 以及CO2等产物.
A novel energetic material,3 ,5-dinitropyrazole-4-nitrate,was synthesized via nitration and nucleo-philic substitution reaction using 4-chloropyrazole as raw material,and its structure was characterized by FT-IR,NMR and elemental analysis.The detonation properties was calculated and compared with other commonly used energetic compound.Thermal decomposition mechanism of 3,5-dinitropyrazole-4-nitrate was studied by means of TG-DSC-MS.The results show that the detonation properties of 3,5-dinitropyrazole-4-nitrate was bet-ter than TNT and near to RDX and HMX.Thermal decomposition mechanism of 3,5-dinitropyrazole-4-nitrate was supposed.At first,O—NO2 bond was broken and produced nitropyrazole,and then nitropyrazole was de-composed by free radical cleavage of either nitryl or nitroso-group from isomerization to nitritepyrazole.Finally, the pyrazole ring fission occurred and produced N2 ,NO,N2 O and CO2 .
