通过真空条件下的固相反应法制备了电子型超导体 Pr2 CuO4-x Fx和其母体 Pr2 CuO4-x .X 射线衍射表明,制备的样品具有单相结构,杂相较少.磁测量的结果表明,在 Pr2CuO4-xFx中,0.04≤x≤0.16时具有超导电性,起始转变温度Tc=26 K.而 Pr2 CuO4-x仅通过调节氧含量不能实现超导电性.并且通过氧含量控制和氟掺杂对Pr2 CuO4-x Fx和 Pr2 CuO4-x结构、磁性、电阻不同影响的对比研究发现,在 Pr2 CuO4中通过氟掺杂实现超导而通过控制氧含量不能实现超导的原因是氧空位或替代出现在不同的氧位上,并对相关机制进行了探讨.
Single-phase Pr2 CuO4-x Fx and Pr2 CuO4-x have been obtained with a small amount of impurity pha-ses.For the samples of Pr2CuO4-xFx,superconductivity transitions are observed in the range of 0.04≤x≤0.16 and Tc is 26 K.The samples of Pr2 CuO4-x can not achieve superconductivity only by adjusting the oxygen con-tent.By the comparison of different effects of the oxygen content on structure and magnetic properties,it is found that in Pr2 CuO4-x Fx samples the reason of superconductivity realization is free carrier introduction,while for Pr2 CuO4-x the reason why the superconductivity does not realize is that oxygen vacancies do not appear in the same oxygen position.The relative mechanism was discussed.
