以聚丙烯为基材,六方氮化硼为填料,添加马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,利用双螺杆挤出机制备导热复合材料.采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜表征材料的微观结构,对复合材料的结晶性能、力学性能和导热性能进行分析.结果表明,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯有利于增加聚丙烯与氮化硼的界面粘结,改善复合材料的结晶,增强复合材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,显著提高其热导率.氮化硼含量为30%(质量分数)时,添加马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯的复合材料热导率为0.512 W/(m?K),相对于只添加氮化硼的复合材料和聚丙烯,热导率分别提高1.08和2.3倍.
Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN)and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-ma)were simulta-neously blended with polypropylene (PP)to fabricate thermally conductive composites using a twin-screw ex-truder.The microstructure of the composites was analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The crystallization properties,mechanical properties and thermal properties of the compos-ites were investigated.The results show that the crystallization is improved,the elongation at break and tensile strength enhanced,and the thermal conductivity improved significantly,because of strong interaction between h-BN and PP chained by PP-g-ma.When the content of h-BN is 30wt%,the thermal conductivity of the PP/h-BN composite containing additional PP-g-ma is 1.08 times to the value of PP/h-BN composite and as high as 2.3 times to that of PP.
