采用静电纺丝技术,通过调节电压、供液速率和电场间距3个工艺参数,制备出的4组直径<1 μm的电纺PVDF亚微米纤维,实验表征和测试了纤维的微观形貌和热辐射性能.结果表明,4组纤维中平均直径的最小为449 nm,且直径分布较窄;在常温300 K温度下,当纤维直径从499 nm增大到774.8 nm时, PVDF纤维膜的辐射热导率从0.095×10-3W/(m·K)降低至0.037×10-3W/(m·K),研究结果可用于改善PVDF纤维膜的保温性能优化.
The radiative heat flux through fibrous insulations could be reduced by adjusting fibre diameters.In this paper, four kinds of lectrospun PVDF submicro fibre whose diameters were less than 1 μm were obtained by electrospinning technique.The microstructure and thermal radiation properties of electrospun micro/nano fibers were investigated.The results showed that, the finest fibers of 449 nm could be obtained.The radiant thermal conductivity of PVDF fibers respectively decreased from 0.095×10-3 to 0.037×10-3 W/(m·K) at 300 K when the diameter increased from 499 to 774.8 nm.The results could be used to improve the shielding properties of the fiber material for thermal radiation.
