采用重铬酸钾法和苯并三氮唑法(BTA)对Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金进行钝化,采用盐雾试验和电化学方法研究了表面钝化的Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金在生理盐水中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,在生理盐水中重铬酸钾法钝化和苯并三氮唑法钝化Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金具有较高的耐蚀性能和抗失泽性能是由于合金表面形成电化学性能稳定的阻碍膜层及其化学效应所致.重铬酸钾法钝化Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金表面膜层主要是(CrCu)2O3·(CuZn)O·xH2O的水合尖晶石氧化物组成.BTA钝化时,Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金的表面形成了Cu(Ⅰ)-BTA络合物的表面膜.
