利用电化学方法研究了AZ91D镁合金表面植酸转化膜耐蚀性能;借助SEM、EDAX和FTIR等方法分析了转化膜的形貌、成分和官能团构成等,并对成膜机理进行了研究.结果表明,最佳成模工艺为:植酸处理浓度5 g/L,成膜温度20℃,成膜时间15 min,pH值为8,该条件下获得的植酸转化膜无碎裂现象,覆盖度高,表面富含羟基与磷酸基,膜层主要由Mg、Al、O、P和C等元素组成;植酸转化膜可以明显提高AZ91D镁合金的耐蚀性能,自腐蚀电流降低约6个数量级.
