用循环伏安法在不锈钢上制备出聚苯胺膜,并研究修饰剂(有机硅烷偶联剂KH-560)对聚苯胺成膜的影响;用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱和电化学方法研究聚苯胺的微观结构及电化学性能.结果表明,经修饰后的聚苯胺膜使不锈钢的腐蚀电位提高了70 mV,腐蚀电流由1×106A下降到6.3×10-8A,大幅度提高不锈钢的抗腐蚀性能.
