通过极化曲线、EIS等电化学手段研究了钛添加剂对无铬达克罗涂层防护性能的影响.结果表明:1%添加剂量对提高涂层防护能力有明显作用,延长了耐盐雾腐蚀时间;这是由于钛添加剂的加入使涂层具有更长的牺牲阳极保护时间以及较低的腐蚀电流,而大于或小于此值都不能提高防护性能.
Dacomet,with Cr6+ in the coating,was prohibited for the export commodities, especially to EU countries,even though it's excellent protective performance. Therefore,the development of Cr-free Dacom-et coatings was necessary and the substitute of Cr6+ additive was the most important aspect. In this paper, a Cr-free Dcromet coating was prepared with the addition of Ti-additive. The influence of the added a-mount on the anti-corrosion performance was studied by electrochemical measurement. The results showed that Ti-additive improved the ability of sacrificial anode protection provided by the higher Zn content of Cr-free Dacromet. At the same time, the Icorr was decreased and the |Z| value was increased in Bode plots. A longer salt spray time, 180 h, was reached by the 1% Ti addition, which manifested an inhibition function during the corrosion. But other than which, the amount of additive, either more or less, did not re-veal better anti-corrosion performance.
