二步编织法适于制作三维整体预制件，织造工艺简单，复合材料轴向力学性能优良。本文介绍了二步编织法的工艺基础、预制件的细观结构及其变异形式，二步法预制件的编织设备，以及各种异型件的编织方法，对应用二步编织法成型复合材料有一定指导意义。
2-step braided method is a simple process and suitable for manufactuirng 3-D integrated pre form. Its scomposite has high axial property. This paper reviews the basic process,preform microstruture of 2-step method and modified braiding mechanics. Braiding technique of other shape preforms is also reported. It canbe used in 2-step braided composite.
