本文提出了一种结构混杂的工艺制造GFRP,以改善材料的脆性,并对其进行了拉伸及破坏试验,试验结果表明,结构混杂GFRP棒的拉伸应力一应变曲线呈现出双线性特征。
The steel rebar reinforced concrete structures often be impacted by the rusting of the steel rebars.Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) has the advantages of low weight,high strength and noncorrosiveness.But FRP has the inherent shortcoming of brittleness. The shortcoming can be overcomed through material and geometric hybrid.This paper presents a kind of geometric hybrid which using pultrusion GFRP bar as the core with ±45° angle-ply lamination of glass fiber around the core. The diameter of the core is 3mm.The sum total of the groups of the specimens is four. The thickness of the angle-ply is 1.65mm,2.00mm,2.60mm and 3.60mm,respectively. The results of tensile and damage tests of the specimens show that the tensile stress-strain behavior is bilinear.
