本文利用化学复合镀技术制备出Ni-P-PTFE-SiC四元复合镀层,研究了镀层的形貌、硬度、耐磨性等特性,并与Ni-P化学镀层、Ni-P-SiC化学复合镀层、Ni-P-PTFE化学复合镀层进行比较,分析了加入SiC、PTFE对Ni-P镀层性能的影响. 结果表明,Ni-P-PTFE-SiC复合镀层具有硬度高、自润滑性好等优点.当Ni-P-PTFE-SiC四元复合镀层的制备条件为PTFE添加量6~8ml*L-1,SiC添加量8~10g*L-1,镀液的pH为4.4~4.8,施镀温度88~90℃时,镀层的硬度为701,平均摩擦系数为0.53.
