采用反应熔体浸渗法制备了二维碳/碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料,并对材料的结构和力学性能进行了研究.研究表明,复合材料致密度很高,密度为2.31g/cm3,开气孔率为1.39%;垂直和平行碳布方向的压缩强度高且差别很小,分别为417.55MPa和409.28MPa,材料的压缩破坏主要由基体的压剪组合破坏情况决定,表现为剪切型破坏形式;材料的层间剪切强度高,数值为43.15MPa,明显高于采用CVI工艺制备的同类复合材料的强度值29.10MPa,层间剪切破坏主要由碳布层间基体的剪切破坏情况决定.
