用过氧化二苯甲酰做引发剂,聚乙烯醇做分散剂,以苯乙烯为单体,采用原位聚合的方法制备聚苯乙烯(PS)/纳米二硫化钼(MoS2)复合材料.应用示差扫描量热法(DSC)分析了不同MoS2含量时复合材料的热稳定性和玻璃化温度Tg;用高阻计测试了不同MoS2含量时复合材料的电性能.结果表明,加入MoS2,PS的Tg提高;且随着MoS2含量的增加,PS基体的热稳定性和玻璃化温度趋于稳定;复合材料的体积电阻率随着MoS2含量的增大而急剧降低,MoS2的含量增大到20%左右时,复合材料的体积电阻率达到108Ω*cm,已符合抗静电的要求.
