本文将芯层树脂柱和泡沫芯材分开,应用有限元商业软件ANSYS对舍有树脂柱的点阵增强型复合材料夹层梁建立物理模型,进行弹性力学分析.研究了树脂柱的分布与材料特性对芯层与上下面层层间应力分布以及梁跨中最大位移的影响,分析了树脂柱对于增强面层和芯层间抗剥离能力的作用.
Separating the resinic columns from the foam in the core layer,this paper builds a physical model for the elasticity analysis of grooved perforation sandwich beams by use of the commercial finite element software AN-SYS. The effects of distribution and material properties of resinic columns on the stress distributions between the core layer and the facial layers are studied, the maximum displacement at the middle of the beam is investigated. The role of resinic columns in preventing delaminations between the core layer and the facial layers is analyzed.
