针对zG35Cr25Ni12、0Cr255Ni20和ZG40Cr25Ni20耐热合金以及新开发的ZGCr50Ni50和0Cr56NI44Ti耐热合金的不同特点,通过选择不同的刀具材料、刀具几何参数和切削用量进行切削加工试验,摸索出了上述合金的车削、刨削和钻削的切削加工特点,并在生产实践中取得了良好的效果。
Considering the different properties of heat-resisting alloys, such as ZG35Cr25Ni12、 OCr25Ni20、 ZC40Cr25Ni20 and the newly developed alloys ZGCr50Ni50, OCr56Ni44Ti , and by selecting different cutters, cutters' geometrical parameters and cutting strokes, cutting processing experiments were carried out and the processing parameters of turning, planing and drilling of these alloys were obtained, which have been applied in our production and brought about good effects.
