针对低碳钢研制了由卤化物、SiO2,TiO2,Cr2O3等组成的氩弧焊焊剂,分析了各种单一成份的活性剂对焊接熔深的影响规律.在此基础上对多组元活性剂进行研究,优选出合适的配方,按此配方制成的活性剂可以大幅度地增加低碳钢氩弧焊的熔深,可一次焊透12mm厚的对接低碳钢钢板.
