研究了沉积类金刚石膜(DLC)的40Cr钢的摩擦磨损性质,定量分析了DLC膜的耐蚀性.研究表明:DLC膜能显著降低40Cr钢表面摩擦系数和表面粗糙度,在相同载荷条件下DLC膜的磨损速率比40Cr钢低2个数量级;在各种腐蚀介质中,DLC膜的腐蚀速率明显低于40Cr的,且其电极电位、自然腐蚀电位和点蚀击穿电位均高于40Cr钢的,表明DLC膜可提高40Cr钢的耐蚀性能.
