介绍了国外定向凝固Al2O3基共晶复合陶瓷,分析了材料制备工艺、共晶显微组织与力学性能之间的关系,并简要分析了该材料的发展趋势.同时,结合超重力下燃烧合成制备大尺寸Al2O3/ZrO2(Y2O3)共晶复合陶瓷研究,系统地介绍了在材料制备、材料成形与缺陷控制方面取得的研究成果,并进而指出该技术发展方向在于开发出三元共晶系材料,实现材料结构纳米化.
