在1.4517(钢号GX2CrNiMoCuN25-6-3-3)双相不锈钢的铸造生产实践过程中,奥氏体线解方程的预测精度远远达不到实际需要.通过对实践经验的分析,对奥氏体线解方程部分元素的影响系数及常数项进行调整,并设计实验验证方程的预测精度和适用成分范围.调整后的方程具有较宽的成分适用范围,预测值与实测值偏差在5%以内.
