采用热压烧结制备了纳米Si3N4-WC复合陶瓷,研究了WC颗粒的添加对纳米Si3N4陶瓷组织与力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:纳米Si3N4-WC复合陶瓷的基体显微组织由粒径小于100 nm的等轴晶粒构成,WC以独立颗粒的形式存在,对显微组织影响不大;纳米Si3N4-WC复合陶瓷的硬度随WC含量的增加而升高,但低于单相纳米Si3N4陶瓷,添加适量的WC颗粒可以提高纳米Si3N4陶瓷的断裂韧性,但对抗弯强度影响不大.
