采用先进粉末冶金工艺制备了两种碳含量不同的WC-6.5%Co超细硬质合金,研究了超细硬质合金中碳含量的变化对合金显微组织、基本物理力学性能及铣削性能的影响规律.结果表明,在相同的烧结制度条件下,高碳合金比低碳合金的平均晶粒尺寸大,尺寸分布不均匀性增加,合金的弯曲强度和硬度下降.直径为中1.0 mm和Φ1.4 mm微铣刀的铣削试验结果表明,合金中碳含量的增加,降低了合金的平均铣削寿命.
WC-6.5%Co ultrafine cemented carbides with two kinds of carbon content were prepared by advanced powder metallurgy process.The effects of carbon content in the ultrafine cemented carbide on the microstructure,the basic physical and mechanical properties and the milling performance of the alloy were studied.The results show that under the same sintering condition,the average grain size and the size distribution inhomogeneity increase with the increasing of the carbon content,while the bending strength and hardness decrease.The milling tests of the two micro milling cutters with Φ 1.0 mm and Φ1.4 mm show that the average milling life reduces with the increasing of the carbon content.
