用HPLC法研究了稀土金属离子RE3+(如La3+,Ce3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Eu3+,Tb3+)对5'-腺苷-磷酸(5'-AMP)和3',5'-腺苷环磷酸(3',5'-cAMP)的催化水解切断作用.结果表明:在温和条件下,稀土金属离子对5,-AMP无明显的切断作用,而Ce3+对3',5'-cAMP有很好的切断作用;另外,H2O2的加入能极大地促进稀土金属离子对5'-AMP和3',5'-cAMP的水解切断作用.pH值对稀土金属离子水解切断5'-AMP是有影响的.
